Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area and Delivery Days: Our service is limited to approx. 50km from our location in Richmond, British Columbia jurisdiction (“Serviceable Area”). We may deliver our products outside the service limits (sub-urban areas) solely upon management discretion. The Delivery and Pick-up is done by seventhchakra.ca only between Monday to Saturdays (”Delivery Days”).

 

2. Change of address: In an event where a subscriber wishes to relocate from the delivery address mentioned at the time of subscription, the subscriber is required to immediately notify us via email on rentals@seventhchakra.ca and via official WhatsApp of us the complete address, rent agreement(consent form) and ownership details of new address. The products subscribed to cannot be relocated outside Seventh Chakra Healing Ltd’s serviceable area at any point in time. The subscribe is also required to inform us and update the address. We do not provide relocation service within the serviceable area or outside. The customer is required to avail third party service at its own cost and bare complete liability towards any damage to the products subscribed from us.

 

3. What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

In case of the customers unavailability, please let us know who will be receiving the products. We would need an acknowledgement email from the customer with the nominees government id proof. We do this to ensure that your order is in safe hands.

 

4. What if my building does not have a lift?

In case absence of a lift, service lift or permission to use lift or service lift at the delivery premises, additional Manual Labor Charges of approx. $20 per floor shall be charged to carry the products through stairs, limited to a maximum of four floors or eight flight of stairs, whichever is higher.

 

5. What if my society does not allow vehicles inside?

Please note that you should ensure the entry of delivery vehicle inside the premises. Most of the times, it is not allowed to park the delivery vehicles on road. Please also ensure that you have completed the required documents and payment work mandatory with the landlord/society premises, we have observed that sometimes customers do not have permission to shift into the new house.

 

6. Who deals with labor and transport issues?

We deal with transport at loading and unloading area. However, if there is labor issues at your location and they do not allow us to unload at your place, the subscribe has to deal with them. In a worst case scenario, we will attempt the delivery within 7 days upon resolution of labour union issues.

 

7. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Shipping cost at actuals.

 

8. Inventory Availability: Our inventory is regularly updated to reflect the availability of products. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated restock date if available.

 

9. Delivery Time: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your items.

 

10. Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/whatsapp notification containing tracking information.

 

11. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method. Shipping cost at actuals.

 

12. Multiple Shipments: In some cases, orders may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability. Any additional shipping charges may be applicable if your order is split.

 

13. Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
