Large installs — one flat bundle (delivery + install + pickup)
Includes carry-in, assembly, safety check, ≤20-minute orientation, and pickup at rental end.

How We Calculate
- •Any large install on the order → we charge one bundle for that address/time; small items ride free with it.
- •Small-items only → per-way charge (delivery and pickup are separate trips).
- •>40 km → custom quote.
- •Bookings include a delivery window 8 AM-12 PM, 12 PM- 4 PM; exact times depend on route planning.

Q1: How do you decide my zone?
A: We use straight-line distance from our Richmond warehouse. If your address is close to a boundary or has special access needs, we'll confirm by phone and adjust if needed.
Q2: Do you charge a deposit?
A: No. We do not charge a deposit for rentals.
