Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Seventh Chakra Healing Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Rental Services
Rental Agreements
All equipment rentals are subject to availability. Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date. Extensions must be arranged in advance.
Rental Fees
Rental rates are as published on our website or quoted by our staff. Delivery and pickup fees are charged separately. Late return fees may apply if equipment is not available for pickup on the scheduled date.
Deposits
We do not require deposits for standard rental equipment.
Equipment Condition
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. You agree to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and to return it in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted).
Damage or Loss
You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to you. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about coverage for rental equipment.
Sales
Product Purchases
All sales are subject to product availability. Prices are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For large purchases, payment arrangements may be available upon approval.
Returns and Refunds
Product returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Please review that policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and procedures.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery Services
We provide delivery to addresses within our service area. Delivery fees are charged separately. We'll provide a delivery window and call 30 minutes before arrival.
Access Requirements
You must ensure clear access to the delivery location. Additional fees may apply for stairs, difficult access, or if our team must wait due to access issues.
Pickup Scheduling
For rentals, you must schedule equipment pickup in advance. Equipment must be available at the scheduled pickup time.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking or purchasing
- Use equipment safely and as intended
- Maintain equipment in good condition during rental periods
- Notify us immediately of any equipment problems
- Comply with all applicable laws when using our equipment
Liability and Disclaimers
Equipment Suitability
While we provide guidance on equipment selection, you are responsible for ensuring the equipment meets your needs. Consult with healthcare professionals regarding medical equipment requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our equipment or services.
Insurance
We maintain business liability insurance. We recommend you check with your insurance provider about coverage for rental equipment in your possession.
Privacy

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
