What are your delivery windows?

We offer same-day delivery Monday through Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM. We provide a 2-hour delivery window and call 30 minutes before arrival.

Do you deliver inside the home?

Yes! Our standard delivery includes inside delivery to the room of your choice on the main floor. Stairs may require additional assistance or fees.

How does pickup work?

When your rental period ends, simply call us to schedule a pickup. We offer the same delivery windows for pickups, and our team will collect the equipment from inside your home.

What if I need to extend my rental?

Extensions are easy! Just call us before your rental period ends. We'll adjust your rental term and provide updated pricing.

How is the equipment cleaned?

All equipment undergoes medical-grade sanitization between rentals using hospital-approved disinfectants. We follow strict infection control protocols to ensure your safety.

What if the equipment doesn't fit through my doorway?

Most of our equipment is designed to fit through standard doorways (32"). If you have narrow doorways or tight spaces, let us know when booking and we can recommend alternatives.

Can I rent for a cruise or vacation?

Absolutely! We rent equipment for cruises, hotel stays, and vacations. We can deliver to cruise terminals, hotels, and other temporary locations.

Do you provide receipts?

Yes, we provide detailed receipts for all rentals. Receipts include itemized charges and rental period information.

What are your rental rates?

Rental rates vary by equipment type. Most items range from $40-150 per week, with monthly rates available at discounted pricing. Check individual product pages for specific pricing.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposits are required for standard rental equipment. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

What if the equipment breaks or malfunctions?

Contact us immediately if you experience any issues. We will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional charge, provided the damage was not caused by misuse.

Can I purchase equipment instead of renting?
