Shipping Policy

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. Delivery fees vary based on location and are calculated at checkout. Most deliveries are completed within 2-5 business days.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2 PM Monday-Friday may qualify for next-day delivery (subject to availability). Weekend deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee.

Shipping Outside Service Area

For deliveries outside our standard service area, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We can arrange courier delivery to most locations in British Columbia.

Order Tracking

We'll provide delivery updates via phone or email. For local deliveries, we'll call 30 minutes before arrival.

Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including: commodes, cushions, and personal care items. These items are clearly marked on product pages.

Return Process

  2. We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, arrange pickup
  3. Items must be in original condition with all packaging
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We can arrange pickup for a fee.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Warranty Information

All products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer. Specific warranty information is provided with each purchase.

For warranty claims, contact us and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer or handle the claim directly, depending on the product.
