Sanitized Before Dispatch

Before any equipment leaves our facility, it goes through a full hospital-grade sanitization cycle — frames wiped, contact surfaces disinfected, cushions cleaned, and mechanical components inspected. We do not skip this step, ever.

Same-Day Delivery

Our team delivers to homes, hospitals, hotels, Airbnbs, and cruise ship terminals across Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, and Langley — seven days a week.

Professional Setup on Site

We don't drop equipment at the door. Our technician assembles and adjusts the equipment to fit the user — seat height, footrest position, brake tension — and demonstrates safe operation before leaving.

Need to extend your rental, request an early pickup, or swap to a different size? Call, text, or request through your online account. We respond within 2 business hours.

Pickup & Re-Sanitization

At the end of your rental, we collect the equipment at a time that suits you. Every item is fully sanitized again before it is issued to the next customer.
